I do my car service here, they are always transparent with their services. I don’t have and get any problems. They take a whole video of the service they do and send and explain to you. I think this is the best improvement so far. Normally I won’t leave reviews but I really trust this shop with my car! Really impressed with the experience I had here last week! It’s rare, for me, to have a car maintenance service without long waits and stressful situations or pressure from staff. Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised! Staff were friendly, warm and informative without making me feel pressured. The appointment was super easy to make, the time they took to perform the service was more than reasonable, the waiting area was very comfortable and had great ammenities, and the communications were stellar. My service contact was very fast to respond to texts, and they provided a digital readout of their inspection finding (which allowed me to consider options and make decisions in my own time right on my phone). Big thanks to Gabriela, who provided the best service I’ve had at any service center! I’ll definitely be back, and have a new go-to service center for all my future needs.

Pari in sales is amazing and helpful, she answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. The 2024 Toyota Sienna XLE is fuel economy, it can drive up to 500 miles per tank of gasoline. Compared to my previous 2015 Sienna which had to pump 1~2 times per week, the Hybrid Sienna only needs to pump every other week. A big save when the gasoline price is so high due to inflation. Second-row seats can be very roomy due to the new design and lots of high-tech features added to the new 2024 Sienna. I have already driven over 5k miles since my purchase in Dec 2023. 5-star review for my overall experience with Envision Toyota of Milpitas.

Brandon was amazing. His customer service from greeting us at the appointment line, to the firm handshake at the end made a huge impression that customer service an professional courtesy is still a thing. Their technician (kudos to him too), found a possible concern and suggested we work on it. Instead of charging us directly, Brandon helped us utilize our warranty on our vehicle, contacting the third party and communicating with both of us on his day off. Looking forward to working with him and his team again soon.
