I received the best customer service. Juan was very helpful and he helped me find the car that was the best fit for me. He was very informative and patient with informing me about the process in purchasing a new vehicle due to me being a first time buyer. As well as explaining to me the differences between the different cars that he had shown me. Juan acknowledged my budget and was able to help me during the process of purchasing the vehicle. The process was smooth and the whole team that helped me throughout my visit were outgoing in making me feel welcomed. Even after a couple days after my visit I had a small issue with the Toyota App not working on my phone and I came back to the dealership and Juan was very polite in helping me resolve the problem. The Fremont Toyota Team is very outgoing and helpful. Thank you very much for all your help and for helping me find the right car for me.
