I recently brought my car in for maintenance. Bobby Becerra was so helpful and very communicative with me throughout the entire process. He kept me updated and let me know that there was also a repair that needed to be done. He got the warranty approved quickly and when he was told that the repair would take longer than expected, he got me a ride back to my house to make it convenient for me. My car was done the next morning and he called me to let me know he could also offer me a ride back to get my vehicle. All of that to say, he was very friendly and having him in the service department will make customers want to return to do business again with Toyota of Glendale. Thank you, Bobby!
