2012 Toyota Prius Three

Service was prompt and they were keeping me up to date of the maintenance they were performing on my vehicle. Service charges are reasonable. My family took my vehicle to dealership last time and they were emphasizing on changing tires and giving quotes. I brought my vehicle to accurate auto and they looked at tires and gave me confidence that it still got some life. Seems they are focused on keeping things transparent and not interested in extra bucks to shave off customers. Thanks.

I called accurate auto after my turn signal lever broke on my 2006 F-150. Ryan got me in right away, at time that was convenient for me. He was able to get me one of there loaner cars while my truck was being worked on. This was way better than waiting, I was able to get errands done that freed up my weekend. The replacement part seems like it is better quality than the original. Ryan was very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I will definitely be using them again for my auto repair and service needs.

Very good first impression! Came in under estimate given. They were patient with my questions over phone and helpful for me to make a confident decision, fast turn around as well. They got my 2001 expedition back on its feet performing well. I believe the overall costs to be less than a dealer price would have been.
