I had a great experience at Tracy Toyota. A trio of very awesome people, Samantha, Ben and John all made the experience awesome. Big, big thank you to the three of them. Very easy going, funny, kind and professional from the beginning until the end. Ben even took my rental, had it washed, vacuumed, and returned it to Enterprise next door for me. I live about 30 miles away and I won't mind the drive every six month for maintenance because the people of this dealership are awesome. Even the employees who were not directly helping me were very friendly and welcoming. I've already recommended this dealership to several people. Big thank you again and God bless you all!

I brought my 2016 4Runner in for service and I believe there was an unusual number of appointments scheduled for a Monday morning. Jasmine was very apologetic and promised that I would be taken care of in as timely a manner as possible. I opted to take a shuttle home and received a text when they were done. Upon arriving back at Tracy Toyota, Jasmine apologized again for the lengthy wait and even applied a 10% discount. I was very appreciative and felt like Jasmine went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We will definitely be bringing our vehicle back again.
