Worked with James last weekend and purchased a new 2024 Tundra. This was probably the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called in advance to inquire about a vehicle I saw on their website (I’m in Virginia) and scheduled a test drive. James had it ready and waiting when I arrived the next day. From the test drive, to pricing, to my trade-in, to financing… we were out of there in about 2 1/2 hours. There was no bad-faith negotiating, hard up-sells, or any other monkey business which makes people ordinarily hate car buying. I even got a good deal on my trade. My wife and I were very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend James and Koons Annapolis to anyone. Kudos.
I called Monday looking to upgrade our vehicle for our growing family, and by Thursday left with the exact car we were looking for online. Thanks to Jason Myers who kept us up to date when the vehicle was scheduled to arrive and sent a video as soon as it made it to the lot. He was amazing, gave us a more than far trade in offer and made this process easy and enjoyable.
