I am more than pleased with my purchase and experience at Sewell Lexus Dallas. I did not anticipate on purchasing a new car with only having my previous one a little over a year. Sadly I lost my original Lexus due to an awful car accident that totaled my vehicle. When I reached out to David Keilson he immediately took the reins and had everything handled for my new purchase. I was able to get into the same vehicle as I wished and it surpassed my expectations. My mother purchased a 2024 RX350h from Daniel Martinez. He was a wonderful sales rep and answered all her questions in a timely manner. We had to travel to Dallas since we live out of state and he was able to pick us up from the airport in her new car. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great experience with David buying a used 2019 WRX. Easy to see why he has a wall of trophies! Great price great one of a kind car. We flew in to Dallas on a Saturday morning to fetch the car and were met at the airport. Everything was done ahead of time. We took pictures, looked over the car and then got in the car and drove home. About as easy as it gets. Thanks to Grace for taking care of the paperwork which is a challenge since we are from out of state. Would buy from Sewell again and recommend them to friends.
