I had one of the best car buying experiences working with Phat, the owner. He is honest and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He does all the repairs prior to selling the car. He even uses quality parts when doing the repairs on the cars. The car I purchased was missing the spare tire and tool kit. He made sure to have one in the care when I picked it up. The car was advertised at a lower price by accident, but he still sold me the car at the lower price rather than trying to sell it at the higher price. What a nice guy! I am so happy with my purchase. We may just go by to visit Phat, he was such a great guy.
There are usually 2 people working at this dealership, Phat & the front desker & I think sometimes his wife? They have Carfax & many Toyota and Honda cars at a reasonable price, online site is up to date, not the cheapest or priciest which is fine. Having been super pressured before I felt less pressure here so that was nice. I was looking for a Fit but with gas prices rising to $6 they recommended a Prius which I'm very happy with, I didn't want to drive it out that day which makes it easier to clean & prepare the car. The application process is clear, no weird or crazy fees like car alarms or stereos, just the basic transfer title, DMV processing fee, 90 day warranty, financing was simple tho the receipts are in paper rather than email. They have a 90 day warranty if the car ends up bad but no idea if they would honor it, been driving the Prius for around 2 weeks with no problems so far. Will update review at the 90 day mark. Easy to miss entrance but can park on the street. Mr Phat can be seen working on the cars in the back while the front helps the customers out. Busiest on weekends like most dealerships. Good service, if the hybrid battery doesn't die I recommend! After a year of driving: My Prius is still going strong, no problem with the engine, battery, or auto parts. With gas prices still in the mid $5 per gallon I know I've saved a lot of moneys on gas. Here's hoping this car will keep running well!
