I had an awesome experience with Rozell and the staff with the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Elite Motor you guys are good in my book!!!

The past 6 months I searched high and low for a vehicle of a specific year, color, and model . I went so far as to set alerts and saved searches in Google. I also traveled twice to dealerships out of state in hopes of purchasing the vehicle I thought I found with no success. One evening my alert popped up and directed me to Elite Automotive in Florida, which is out of state for me. I immediately sent the business a message as it was after hours, and he responded very quickly, respectfully, and was not pushy. Although the vehicle was a bit out of my planned range (understandably so based on all the options), Mr. House/Elite Automotive provided options for purchasing that I did not imagine possible. The options were not pushed down my throat and they were all very reputable. Mr. House's professionalism and outstanding business relationships with consumer service companies in and out of the local community for his customers are a testament to the type of honest transactions and business they perform while exceeding my expectations. I am sure in the weeks it took me to obtain the vehicle he could have sold it, but there was no pressure and Mr. House promised we would "see this through" from the beginning to the end it was an absolutely pleasant experience. I had no connections or knowledge of Elite Automotive nor Mr. House up until contacting them about this vehicle and must admit I was a bit reluctant to do business so far away. I must say that I am so glad I did business with them, and my vehicle is WONDERFUL! Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. When I am ready for my next vehicle I will be contacting Elite Automotive and continue to do business with them for years to come.

Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Rozell Chappell for being honest, friendly and hard working dealers. Over the years my husband and I have purchased four vehicles. Two for myself and one for each of our daughters. All of our experiences were professional, polite, and rewarding, especially the times when, I had special requests on vehicles that you search out to meet my specifications. Our vehicle purchases have been problem free with reliable warranties. We will continue to look to you, Elite Automotive for all of our automotive purchases. Why change a good thing???
