I want to give a BIG thanks to Don. He helped me answer questions about the 2016 RX350 I was interested in. I live in Arizona and was unable to come look at the vehicle in person. Don was able to do a video walk around of the vehicle showing me any small imperfections (there were very few). We made a deal. I wanted this car. He does a fantastic job hand selecting the vehicles he sells. Mine had some higher miles but was NEAR MINT condition. I arranged my own shipping. Don was easy to communicate with and DOES NOT charge any extra fees (that others do). We love our (new to us) Lexus RX350. Thank you so much Don and Lena for my new baby!! I love my new Lexus. What I like about Hi Auto Sales is that they only choose quality cars with clean titles. They also have amazing prices and are super fair. I understand why every price is firm because it is a great deal already. They are a lovely couple and they can get very busy so I suggest come early. There is no high pressure sales at all and they let you look at your leisure instead of hovering over you like other car dealers. It is first come first serve so once you see a car you like, be proactive. A customer further away from me wanted the car I just purchased and was upset they didn’t hold it for him, but business is business. Don’t get nasty to them just because someone bought it first. Once I knew I wanted the car, I called them as soon as they opened and headed over to my bank. Always keep in mind that car dealers cannot hold cars based on a promise, as many people promise things and don’t follow through. With this in mind, of course they are going to sell the car to someone ready to buy. I will definitely be back here. And I understand why that guy wanted my car lol she’s fabulous!
