I was at the Infiniti dealer for almost 7 hours but it was a great seven hours , test driving and learning about the product. I once heard someone say they would only buy from a Sewell because of their outstanding customer service. I can honestly say I will only be buying from Sewell too! Superb customer service! Daniel was so professional and knowledgeable with Infiniti products! We had our 7 and 9yo with us and Daniel was so patient and understanding, never once showed frustration. We were fortunate to be introduce to Gina, she was so sweet and delightful, there was no haggling back and forth with terms for the vehicle. The "Sewell difference" is a real thing. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and it was all because of Allison and her great assistant. She is the epitome of what every car salesperson should aspire to. Her desk loaded with awards spoke to this. From our pre-visit communication, to the dealership appointment and closing, nothing could have been smoother and more enjoyable. I went to lunch, which Allison so generously treated me, after picking up my new car, and already have people admiring my car (last picture) LOL!

Had a great experience at Sewell Infinity. I called ahead of time about a particular car and Jackie Stacy had it ready as soon as I arrived. She went out of her way to make contact with updates. When Jackie had to step away, she had another associate Michaela Sheehy and everything moved forward so smoothly. The team was very helpful and worked together to make things easy for the buyer. Jamere Jackson, the sales manager, was very straightforward and helpful when it came time for the final steps. If you want a team of professionals and a good group to work with, this is a great place for you.
