I picked up my 2014 Acura from Union Street today and am super satisfied with both the car and the service provided. Since I am a from Sweden and unfamiliar with all the admin and bureaucracy involved in buying a car in the US, I was insecure about the whole process. Josh and Charles really went the extra mile and took care of everything for me! I came in on Tuesday and 48 hours later they had served the car, fixed registration and inspection. They even helped out with insurance. And through the whole process they always were quick to respond to my questions and gave clear and trustworthy answers. Just purchased a grand Cherokee from dealer. I thought josh was very professional and down to earth. He was very thorough through out process and was done in a timely manner. Car was cleaned and paperwork was done quickly. And there was gas in vehicle. When we departed. I was very pleased. Took a good look at their service department. Very clean and organized a very good sign. Also there were mechanics working in shop which I found over the years. These smaller dealers may only have one mechanic and works part time not good at all! This was not the case here very professional and organized like you may find at large car dealerships.
