People were friendly and helpful. Michael did a nice job of following up with us. I was upset with myself because I didn't check the car out enough to realize that there is no back up camera or cruise control. Would it have been a deal breaker I don't know but otherwise happy with the car and the staff.
What a wonderful dealership. Used car salesman Mike, came in on his day off and was knowledgeable about the Toyota product line. He made everything simple and made me feel good about my selection. The new salesman, Tony, offered pizza and product knowledge of new cars and trucks, and had nothing he was getting on this purchase on this day. Owner Barry, came in with business knowledge and personality to relax the process and make me feel as a member of the Metro Toyota family. What about Bob? Bob was the finance person that knew his products, but utlized his personality to make me feel comfortable about spending money. A true great organization from top to bottom.
