I would give 10 stars if I could. I drove 2.5 hours to get my vehicle. It was everything I wanted in a car and more. The price was right, all of the upgraded features were exactly what I wanted and I had been looking for a solid year for the perfect fit. William Chicas was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I purchased and gave excellent customer service. I have had to text him a few times to ask about certain things on the car and he has been quick responding and super helpful. Eddie the sales manager gave me all the info I needed to move forward with the transaction and the finance manager we worked with was a dream to work with. She was able to find us a lower interest rate than what we had going in and explained everything to us including the extra warranty coverage. Every single person start to finish was professional, kind and extremely courteous. The dealership was beautiful and well kept. Their Housekeeping team certainly has been keeping it up. I saw multiple sweet ladies cleaning around and stocking items. It truly was a great experience. Thank you all for such a smooth transaction! I would certainly recommend Koons at Falls Church.
Went in to look at different options of Mustangs and left with what we wanted. From the moment we got onto the lot to the end of the purchase, there was someone to assist us. We had a lease that was coming to an end and the dealership bought out the lease early and gave us a good amount for our vehicle. The whole experience from start to end was smooth and our sales person, William didn’t try to push anything on us that we didn’t want. He was very helpful and attentive with any questions/ concerns we had. Would definitely buy from them again when the time comes.
