Final cost within ten dollars of estimate for oil/filter service and four wheel alignment on our 2020 RDX. Perfect visit with complimentary snacks and soft drinks. My salesperson was Julia- what a sweetheart! And Jamie the finance “guy”was a pleasure to work with and had a great sense of humor. Everyone I encountered here was super nice and friendly, just overall good people. I definitely didn’t feel like I was working with a “slick salesman” type. Very down to earth. The car buying experience was easy overall as we negotiated a price we were both comfortable with. Even though I purchased a preowned vehicle, they pulled it into the air conditioned enclosure and sat with me inside the car explaining all of the features. They even had a big red bow on top! I will definitely make the drive to this dealership if I am ever needing another vehicle.
