I called Sparks Toyota when my 2006 Lexus LS430 Developed what turned out to be self-induced problems Late on Thursday With a broken wheel stud. I connected with Wilder, The Lexus service representat at Sparks. He patiently listened to my problem and my plea for assistance as I was on the road and planning to return to home station. On short notice despite a fully booked calendar he agreed to fit me in somehow for my needed repairs. After expertly diagnosing the problem he ordered parts and got them installed the very next day Despite having 120 service appointments in the shop. I bothered him with several requests for status and he patiently and courteously explained what was happening to my car. He completed the repairs that day and I was able to resume my journey. Great job Toyota.
Salesperson Jeff L. was very good. Spent quality time with us, easy to work with, knowledgeable, understood our needs and was not pushy. Highly recommend him - if I was in the market for another car I would go see him again. I didn't give 5 stars because of the excessive wait time to speak with their finance department. We had to wait over 4 hours - we didn't get out until after 8 pm. It would have been nice to have something to eat but there is no fast food place to walk to. They need to do a better job with this part of the sales process.
