Recently purchased a new RX350h from Longo Lexus. Jerry made it a very smooth and easy process from day 1. The car I wanted wasn’t on the lot and had to be reserved. Jerry was great about walking me through the process and keeping me updated every step of the way. Come pickup day, completing paperwork was very simple and headache free. Came here looking to buy a new car, and Tony helped us throughout the whole process. He was very informative and enthusiastic about the car, and made us comfortable. He also spoke Mandarin, which was incredibly helpful for my family as it was the language they were most familiar with. After driving the car for a couple days, we noticed a slight griding on the wheels. We took the car in for servicing without an appointment and we're accepted with no questions asked. David P helped me out and took care of us through the process and we ended up with a complementary loaner for a couple days. We had good communications through the entire process.
