I had an issue with 2023 Lexus NX and the service department was great. I had been another location and wasn’t able to get my light cleared off and sensors to work. Spoke with Mr Gary York and was assured they could take care of it and they did. Hats off to the service department. Jasmine and Mike were outstanding.
