Wonderful Experience, Johnny Taylor was 100% complete from start to finish for some major work that took 1 month to finish, replacing my old with a brand new engine, compressor, blower, starter and other odds and ends. He remained cheerful and patient as always over this lengthy one month ordeal making sure to always keep me updated ahead of time. He made sure everything was covered under warranty so I hardly paid anything out of my own pocket. In addition, even with me owing $27,000 on my G70 again due to his professional knowledge, I can retail my car this moment and PROFIT by a good $15,000 even being upside down. If you are a Hyundai or Genesis customer from Freeman in Irving and need special attention given to your favorite vehicle, though all in service are also excellent, do call Johnny Taylor, after you meet him, only then you'll know you're in the very best hands possible. ???? ???? ? ? ? ? ?

I’m very pleased with the service I rec’d on my vehicle. It was done timely and correctly and the service personnel was easy to contact and responsive. Additionally the valet service worked quite well with the valet showing up as scheduled on each occasion.

I always tend to get a headache when the time comes for a new vehicle. Just thinking about dealership experiences gives me a migraine. It was a Godsend that I ended up working with Tori. I had delays on getting to the dealership and couldn't decide on the color of the vehicle. I was getting worn out so I could just imagine how she felt. I have to say, each time I texted or called Tori, she was always very understanding, courteous and thoughtful. Wow, how the car buying experience has changed!
