I had a great experience with United. The office staff was very helpful and Marvin made my deal and the whole process go very smoothly. By far, it was the most seamless car-buying experience I’ve had.

I’ve bought many vehicles and this was by far the easiest process in buying. There was no haggling or no back and forth. Ayman gave us a great price the first time around. Everyone was personable and friendly. AND that’s just the customer service. The cars are premium well kept vehicles. I will sure to buy more vehicles from these guys in the future. The owner Ayman is a great guy and I look forward to working with them again!!! Oh yeah, my Infiniti QX80 is banging!!!!

Very patient and supporting sale person. They close at 7pm but Mr. Marvin, he stayed with us until 9pm just to help our documents done so we can pick up our vehicle without delay. He supported us with everything even from the phone. So communicative.

Update 10/16: I went back to the dealership & I was told that he'll get a mechanic to look at my issues to resolve the problem. Even after my initial review change he still said he'd work with me. I do appreciate that. The guys there are helpful although I've only worked with one the others are attentive to their potential customers. Nice to know they won't leave you stranded 10/13 Just bought a car from here 2 weeks ago. I walked out to my car one morning to see 1 end of the car resting on the tire. A mechanic told me it was going to be $3500 to fix. That really put me in a worse situation than I was already in. I tried calling to get the issue resolved in some way & got no response
