I didn't buy a vehicle from there, but they're getting five stars for a clean building, friendly staff and good customer service.
I'm always happy with the service here. The ppl are friendly from start to finish, the waiting area is nice & the snacks are great. I will gladly give 5 stars if/when they get a second alignment station installed. If you're going in for anything tire related, definitely expect a 2 1/2 - 3 hr wait time. Great job overall, though.
I've bought many Toyotas from Serra. They take good care of you.
