Bill and Mike in sales went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our new Grand Cherokee L! Not only did they get us the price we wanted but found the exact specs we wanted and got it in for us. Highly recommend them!
Always such a smooth buying process(my 4th), Mike has taken care of me for close to 14 years. Even after I found an issue they immediately fixed it. 10/10 and the only place I consider buying from!
Easiest car buying experience that I have ever have. Fred Langenhop was our salesman. He listened to what we wanted and he delivered. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He was a nice guy who did a great job. He and the whole team did. I am impressed. In less than 24 hours, they took our trade in Jeep and we drove away in a new "to us" Jeep. Thank you Fred! Update... First oil change. Easy online scheduling. They sent reminders by email and text. Everything went smoothly at the dealership. It took a little longer than I hoped for just an oil change, 90 minutes. But otherwise, they communicated when everything was close to being finished. Since I waited at the dealership, that was great. I imagine if I went elsewhere, that would have been my return to pick up my car notice.
