A great buying and trade-in experience at Triumph! Every team member, especially Dean, was courteous and transparent during the process. I let them know that I was traveling from Ohio to look at a particular vehicle and they actually held the vehicle for me and removed it from their website. I arrived the next morning, the vehicle was just as nice as it was shown to be on the website, and a deal was struck! The buying/financing process was handled with diligence and clarity...so nice! The icing on the cake: they had already ordered some pieces of cosmetic door pillar trim, but it had not arrived by the time that I purchased the vehicle...Triumph forwarded the parts to me at no extra cost. Now THAT'S customer service!

Omg! God is good go see Jim he got me approved in no time! My motor lock up on me that Thursday I had plans to go to New Orleans for my birthday that next day,! I went on my trip but in the process of me begin on my trip I was worried about me not having a car anymore. I started googling I saw this Ram truck for a good price I applied for it Jim called me Monday morning while I was heading bk! He said how much can you put down I told him I was riding Tuesday paperwork was ready to go! Thanks Jim I'm bless

Excellent car dealership is an understatement! From the moment I walked in I was given the greatest customer service by Jim. My car was stolen and I was at my wits end with the dealerships I visited prior to coming to this one. After test driving multiple cars I narrowed it down. The next process was handled by the coolest, nicest, business savvy gentleman named John. He helped me get financed and displayed great patience during the process. Next was Dean making sure my car was ready to drive off in. I wish I could rate more! Please make this your first stop when car shopping!
