2013 Scion xB

Today, we purchased a Nissan NV200, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they offered us a fantastic price. What really impressed us was that they even provided money for gas, which was a delightful surprise! Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant transaction, and we're thrilled with our new vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership!

Great service, no pressure to buy, and good selection. Visited this dealer after seeing a car online that looked like a good deal and ended up buying a different car. They actually had several cars that were in a lower price range for the quality and mileage of the vehicle. Would definitely buy from them again.

These guys are the real deal! (Update at the bottom of this review). Check my prior reviews, none of the 5 star reviews these guys have are bought. They never asked me to leave one "in exchange" for something. Insurance totaled my 2013 F-150 Super Crew because of hail damage. So, jumped on FB Marketplace and started searching for another one. Stumbled across a listing for a 2013 Super Crew 4x4 at ZAC AD. 150K miles, truck looked super clean, great listing price. Decided to look a little deeper at the dealership. At first, looked like another shady hole-in-the-wall dealer hocking auction buys and theft recoveries. Then I noticed the 5-star reviews. Good sign. Messaged them about the truck, received a reply almost immediately. Chatted back and forth a bit, answered all my questions about the truck. Felt zero pressure to buy. Gave me the VIN, did a Carfax search on the truck. ONE OWNER, all service and maintenance performed by a Ford dealer. ZAC AD bought the truck from the original owner, had a maintenance check done on it, and listed it. I had absolute confidence in the truck, so I bought a one way plane ticket. Truck was sight-unseen, but knew I'd be driving it home. When I told ZAC I was flying into Oakland International, he offered to PICK ME UP from the airport. 40 minute drive to the dealership. You just don't find service like that anymore. Ever. Landed, ZAC was waiting. Great conversation during the car ride. Very very good people. Got to the dealership, truck was even better than described. Not a dent, ding or scratch on it. No leaks. No thumps or transmission noises. Super clean and super solid. Noticed a couple little things that ZAC immediately offered to have fixed, but told him I needed to get on the way home and could do it myself. So they offered to put a tank of gas in it instead. Sat down, knocked out the paperwork, was on the road home in less than 1 hour. All smiles and handshakes. In 40 years of buying and selling cars, I've never had an experience as pleasant, accommodating, pressure free, and downright smooth as this one with ZAC. Trust the reviews. See for yourself!!! Update 24 April 2024: While driving from Yuma AZ to San Diego, CA last week in 100 degree temps, the transmission temperature spiked and a bit of fluid leaked past the pan seal onto the header, causing a smoke cloud. I pulled over and let it cool enough to make it up the Hwy 8 grade and home. Well within the 30 day mechanical warranty window, I hit up ZAC who paid for a full service on the transmission, no questions asked and no haggle. Truck is tip top again!!! Just did 1100 miles to Colorado. Again, can't say enough about these guys!
