Had a fantastic experience at Brillance Subaru when I purchased a Forester this past month. My sales contact Dan, general manager and the business manager who worked with us on financing were all very respectful, easy to do business with, straightforward and transparent with pricing. There was no pushiness, no bombardment of phone calls/emails and I never felt pressured to make a decision until I was ready. It made what could have been an exhaustive process much smoother, and I would highly recommend this dealership! I also love the work they do with dogs and local rescues.

My experience with Justin was very pleasant, I had a great time with them and had all my questions answered. I felt very welcome and comfortable being there while looking and test driving the car I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and everything was done fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get something from Subaru.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new Forester with Justin. Car shopping is often stressful and I never felt pushed or like I was asking a stupid question. I really feel as though Justin was honest about what he was offering me and I left feeling great about my purchase. Of the 3 times I've gone through this process at various dealerships this was by far the best.
