Great experience at Heritage toyota. Staff was very helpful and friendly, not at all pushy, which made for a great buying experience. Salesman Nick, and Morgan in finance were both a real pleasure to deal with. Will happily return for future purchases. Update: my wife and I did return and purchased another new vehicle and we had another great buying experience. It was a pleasure working with Nick P. again, and manager Wayne.
We recently purchased our car from Heritage Toyota and had a great experience, for the most part. We had some trouble with the financing, but that was mostly due to the credit union we were dealing with. In the end, they switched me to a different credit union, and we left with our "new" Toyota Camry! Sebastian was our sales guy, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was super friendly the entire time (both evenings we spent there) and took the time to show us around multiple different cars. This man deserves a raise! To summ it all up, if you are looking for a Toyota and you're in the area, I would highly recommend checking with these guys for your next ride!
