We bought a new vehicle here a week ago and Chris was our sales person. We unknowingly went in to test drive while the system most dealerships use had been hacked nationwide, but they still made it a pleasant and efficient experience. Chris answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy at all. He also didn’t talk badly about other cars we mentioned we were considering which impressed me. The facility is a bit old and dingy but he did say they are in the process of building a bigger, up to date one that will be open next year. When we picked up the car, it took about twice the time as usual because of the system being hacked and needing to do things by hand, but they still made it as straightforward and easy as possible (about an hour and 45 minutes). We haven’t returned for service yet as we’ve only had the car for a week but so far so good!
