After bringing our vehicle in for an inspection of what we thought was a manufacturing defect on our MDX, we had a mishap in the service department causing a bigger issue than we originally came in for. We were distraught and beyond stressed out. We hadn’t even made a single payment on this brand new vehicle and now we have some damage to it. we contacted management, and in stepped Assistant Manager Ari and General Manager Ray. From the first point of contact, we already knew we were in great hands with Ari. We chatted and texted and she assured us she would help. We planned on coming in the following day to discuss everything. Long story short, they EXCEEDED every expectation we could have had. Every wrong was righted and we left with a brand new vehicle. They owned the mistake, bought us out of our car and replaced it with a brand new one. Wow! This is incredible service and these are the kind of people you want to do business with. Even with a 3 year old, 2 year old, and a 7 week old, you made my husband and I very happy and made the best of a stressful situation. I would also like to shoutout Jason in finance, who was wonderful too. Ray, Ari, and Jason thank you for the superb customer service!

This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received especially buying a car. Let me start with Jesus, the moment he came up with the new gentleman he immediately sat down and listened to our needs, our wants, and the budget we wanted to be in, mind you we were not the easiest to work with but we were not “Karens” Jesus was very patient and not once showed any issue on his facial expressions. When we found the car Jesus broke it down to the T, knowing the ins and outs of the car which made it so much easier. I became an Acura fan due to this knowledge and personable mind this gentleman had. But it doesn’t stop there Josh was just as kind hearted, patient and a problem solver, he went above and beyond and made it happen for us, at the end we were set and then Josh helped even more with no hesitation. As a man helping my spouse buy a car, it feels good to see her eyes light up but when you looked at these two professional gentlemen you can see they were honestly there to help where they could without pushing without gimmicks. If you find yourself at Sterling Acura of Austin, immediately ask for Jesus and John, also one shout out to the receptionist I’m sorry I forgot your name, she was very attentive you would have thought she was the dealerships manager!
