A Refreshingly Honest and Stress Free Experience! I initially contacted North Shore Mazda via email to discuss pricing and availability. They were prompt, transparent, and immediately offered a fair price without any runaround. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Zach Fredericks for the test drive, feature walkthrough, and paperwork. Zach was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He transformed what can be a stressful process into a enjoyable experience. There was absolutely zero pressure from Zach or the sales manager. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and courteous, but the best part of the entire experience was the absolute lack of games. We had a great experience at North Shore Mazda when we bought our new CX-5. Our salesman Wayne was extremely helpful and showed us what we wanted to see. He was respectful of our requests and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable about all the different models and was able to easily compare and contrasts between them. The only negative was that there was a bit of a wait when trying to finalize the paperwork. Other than that we were extremely happy.
