2013 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD

I just bought a used Ford F150 from Pearl and was very happy with the whole process. I searched a 50 mile radius and looked at a number of trucks, then saw what I wanted sitting at Pearl less than a half mile from home. There was zero pressure and the owner let me drive the truck home to show my wife before making a decision. The price was fair and I had the option to purchase a warranty or have the truck inspected by a third party, which I declined. For how long the dealership has been here and how many cars I've seen come and go, the fact there are only a few poor reviews is a very good sign. For every unhappy customer who takes it out with a bad review, there are probably 10 or 20 who are very happy like me but won't take a couple minutes to write a review. From reading other reviews I came in expecting this would probably be a good experience, and wasn't disappointed.

My wife and I just bought a car from these guys, it's the second vehicle we've purchased from Pearl. A day after we bought it I noticed some mechanical issues that were missed during the test drive. They told me to bring it back to them so they could have their mechanic look at it. They took care of all of my concerns and even fixed things I didn't realize needed fixed. Good buying experience. Laid back, no pressure, flexible, and we got a good car. I'll be buying from them again in the future. Thank you Jose
