Overall a smooth experience. We bought a vehicle that we didn't realize had 2 bent wheels, and needed new tires immediately, but Chris compensated us a bit to help. (The service center they use must have looked over these issues. It ended up being fine, but it'd be a different story if we'd have had a blowout on the way home.) They had all the paperwork ready when we got there, and responded to messages fairly quick. They were firm on price but you can't blame them for that. Would definitely feel comfortable sending someone their way. Just make sure to check your tires inside and out when buying a used vehicle.
