2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE

I have a 2022 tundra limited 4x4 and at 25,000 miles I had a warranty issue, so at first I took it to Don McGill Toyota in Katy but they didn't help me there or even try. Then I called Joe Myers Toyota and spoke to Jonathan Sosa, he's nice and very professional kinda guy with a good background experience. He listened and entered all the issues I had on my vehicle for the report, gave me his contact info and told me to that they will inspect the vehicle and I will be contacted for update. After a week, I heard back from him and he said Toyota will take care of everything under warranty and that I don't have to worry about anything. Now, with this kind of customer service that I experienced from Joe Myers, there's no doubt that I will recommend Jonathan Sosa and Joe Myers to family and friends for either service or sales in the future.

We went to Joe Myers Toyota searching for a much needed upgrade for my mom and had the pleasure of getting helped by Reyes! He made sure my mom understood the features and trim levels all while listening to what she wanted as well. An added bonus was also that Reyes is bilingual (Spanish) and was able to communicate thoroughly with my mom whereas other dealerships I would be needed to translate.
