Bethany was AMAZING! Very friendly, professional and genuine. She was so patient with another overbearing customer and is truly a natural at her job. I highly recommend Hinkle if purchasing a car. I bought a 2010 Audi A4 with over 127k miles. If you were to buy this vehicle at a typical dealership, it would be sold as-is but Hinkle offers 6 months or 6000 miles of powertrain warranty, which is outstanding! Especially when they stand behind it! Shortly after buying the car, there was an issue with a couple fuel injectors so Hinkle replaced them all free of charge! They started working on it Monday and I had my car back by Wednesday morning. These guys truly care about their customers. I really couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you Chris and Bethany (and Chris’ brother)!

If there is anyone who loves their car business more than Hinkle, I call you a liar. These people are as best as it can get. Don't buy into the negative comments above or below. Hands down, customer always first. Remember that a used car business can be tough. You never know the previous owner but these people will go to Hell and back to make things right if a car doesn't turn out as planned. #1 recommended Used car dealer in Iowa for sure.
