Henry was our salesman, and the manager, Mike, met us whenever we walked in. We went in only looking to test drive, and had a very strict budget. Mike told me he can get me something in my range WITHOUT a co-signer and have us leave today with a car. I was honestly skeptical, but I trusted the process. We scanned through several cars, and felt like we may not find the right car in our budget, but Mike took his time, and found one that my wife and I both wanted. He worked his magic, and ended up getting us what we wanted, so now we are leaving with a car! Definitely ask for Henry to be the salesman. Good update: Unfortunately someone hit me and wrecked/totaled my car this summer. I went back to Planet Kia and the entire team helped me! I was able to get a similar vehicle.
