Purchased my first car from this dealership and I have to say John was a great help! And made the experience so worthwhile! He even got my dad interested in buying from their store! John was able to get me in and out within 2 hours and very happy with my purchase as well as gave me a place to get another key fob for free! John if you're reading this thanks again we'll be talking in the future for any other car endeavors me or my family have! Edit: been trying to get of all things my heater and screen fixed for the past 3 months, John who was supposed to be helping me wouldn't answer my texts for a few weeks then finally answers me back saying he's retired so he sold me a car with parts he most likely knew were broken, told me to put in a review so he could get a free dinner then retire ill be following up with the store but this was really scummy and I think anyone who decides to spend your money here should know my experience. Last edit hopefully: I talked loosely with Micah, who was able to get me in touch with another individual named Barry, who was able to give me a temp car while mine was being fixed and this time when I got it back everything worked like I wanted it to. My heater works nice and hot although I’m writing this edit in March.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I didn’t spend hours negotiating and wasting my time. I got approved by filling out their credit app then looked at some trucks. They had some beautiful trucks on the floor but not exactly what I wanted so I waited a week and they let me know about a Toyota Tacoma that came in and it was perfect! They let me know when it was ready, went in, signed everything, and my husband drove away in his beautiful truck. I have since bought one other car from them and I will never buy another car from anywhere else! Awesome customer service!
Went in as a first time buyer, Chris got me a smoking deal on a 2019 honda civic. Very painless experience, very helpful. Definitely recommend goldies.
