We were graciously welcomed when we walked in the door by Luz Guzman. She took the time to help us with a test drive, explaining the buying process & my trade in & was extremely knowledgeable with everything. We had visited a different Nissan dealer first when searching for our car & it felt very cold. We asked for a business card from this sales rep but was told “we do everything by text so will send you a text” which we never got. At Star Nissan it felt comfortable & not pressured. Luz was terrific & followed up with me the day after we picked up our vehicle. Would highly recommend Star & Luz Guzman to anyone looking to buy a Nissan.

Great experience! I am a college student graduating in May, and I will be needing a car in a few months to drive to my job and back. Olga, the sales lady, helped get my parents two cars, so I knew to reach out to her. I visited her and talked about my wants and needs, and she found me a great deal on a brand new car!
