He has a passive sales style that is efficient, honest, and to the point. If he didn't have the answer he would find it and get back to me with fluid communication. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and outgoing. They are the gold standard for all dealerships in the St Louis area. Don't forget that last name INDELCATO. He helped troubleshoot a handful of minor issues during the process, whereas most sales people in the industry would pass the buck. If he is with another customer take a seat and drink some coffee.
