Top-notch customer service, Idetthe, with a lot of patience explained everything we needed to know and made us feel comfortable with all questions exceeding our expectations. We had the easiest, stress-free experience with Keith from Lakeland Cadillac. We sent email inquiring about a truck on their lot, and within 30 mins, we not only heard back from Keith, but he sent us a video demonstration of the truck. It was such a great selling point for us since we live 90 minutes from the dealership. He was available for all our questions, even on his day off.
