This dealership impressed me more than any other in the Dayton area. Been shopping around for a fairly priced used car for a few weeks and finally found one here. Zero hassle, fairly priced, given a zero cost 6 month warranty, and fixed two noticeable issues at no additional cost.

In November, I went to Voss used cars on Loop Road in Centerville to test drive a car that I found in their inventory online. I went to the dealership to test drive the car. The test drive went well until the about the last half mile that I drove the car. I started to hear a metallic knock when I turned the steering wheel both directions. I parked the car and spoke to the salesperson regarding the noise and had him listen to it. I was told that if "I would make a deal on the car, it would be fixed before I purchased it." I agreed. I made an appointment to go in the next day to complete the paperwork and purchase the car. I went in the next day to purchase the car and asked if the steering had been fixed. I was told that it had not been fixed, but it would be. I went ahead and made the purchase, but as I went through the contract, I informed the person preparing the contract the issue with the steering and that I was told that it would be fixed. This was added into the contract to ensure that there was no question. I dropped off the vehicle that week to be checked by their mechanics and was informed that it was a steering bushing and the part would have to be ordered and it would take up to three days to get it and I would get a call when it comes in so that I can schedule the service. Time went by so I called my salesman the week after Thanksgiving to check on the status of the part. He told me he would call the service department and get the status of the part. He eventually called me later that day to inform me that he had left several messages with the service department but had not heard back. The vehicle was purchased on 11/11/23 and today is 12/2/23, and it has still not been repaired, and really not sure how safe it is to drive with a bad steering bushing either. UPDATED: Received a phone call from the sales manager the day after posting my review. I was told the part was in, and I could bring my car in to have it repaired whenever I could. I dropped it off that morning. They provided me a loaner car while mine was being repaired as well. The car was completed the same day! I would also like to say that aside form the issue above, the staff were very king and helpful during the sale process. Aesthetically, the car was in excellent condition. I noticed that all of the used cars that were on the lot appeared to have new brakes and rotors which show the amount of attention that goes into each car they sell. Thanks for getting the steering fixed.

Upfront pricing, no "dealer add-ons" or additional sales speeches. Best purchase experience! We had searched lots from Cincinnati to Columbus and were blessed to have landed here. Great people. Thank you Steve!
