I had an appointment with Justin Fachting. When I drove over from Grand Rapids, he was ready for me. We sat in the van while he answered all my questions. Went for a test drive. Had more questions. After buying my van, Justin arranged for delivrry. Two days later the van was in my drive. I have shopped LaFontainne locally and now in Lansing.
