Had the unfortunate experience of having a catastrophic electrical failure on my vehicle. Due to the distance from home my vehicle was towed to Oxendale GMC. I could go into great detail of the miserable experience of encountering a service writer who even after having my vehicle for 6 weeks showed little to no compassion and acted as if he was personally doing me a favor by doing his job. With little to no information on the status of my vehicle each week. In his words “I don’t know anything, maybe your car was struck by lightening.” Which was not the case as the failure occurred while driving with not a storm in sight. With a vehicle that was brought in under an extended warranty to cover the labor and parts that were required to fix the problem. I do understand that warranty work does not pay the dealership the way a vehicle would be billed by the dealership that is not covered by any extended coverage. The reason this is a 5 star review, is due to the exceptional customer service I received from the service manager “Bill.” He was very informative and patient with my concerns after the vehicle being gone for over a month. Bill continued to keep me updated on the hard work that was being put in by the service tech that was working on my vehicle. I also was lucky enough to deal with “Claire” she was fantastic as well. So thank you to Bill and Claire for saving my experience with this dealership. Also to the “unknown” service tech who powered through my pain in the butt vehicle THANK YOU! So if ever in that area ask for Claire or Bill! ????

I’m 67 and have never had such an awesome experience with a service department. Bill the Service Manager is the absolute best. His customer service is beyond great!! Ownership has got the best in the business and I hope they know how fortunate they are to have someone of Bill’s caliber. I really can’t say enough. His leadership shows as his entire team was incredible. Jarred at the service desk and his team on the floor….shout out to Barbara. Unfortunately I don’t live in Flagstaff, so I’ll never have this kind of experience again. You guys are the best!!!!

I moved my Chevy service here after a series of disappointing interactions with the "other" place in town. Easy to schedule my appointments, friendly service staff, great service, on-time, and well done. I have not purchased from these folks yet, but that's coming up eventually.

Suggested for you
