2024 Buick Encore GX Preferred

Everyone we encountered was kind and welcomed us without the pushy feel from most dealerships. Baxter (James) made sure I got exactly what I wanted and worked to make it fit my budget. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and was very kind and personable. The GM Jordan was also very welcoming and treated us as family. While we waited, several other salesmen even stopped by to welcome us and congratulate me on my purchase. Thomas in finance was thorough but made everything easy to understand. He also worked with me to stay in my budget and kept me informed while everything was processed. I will be recommending Confidence to everyone!

Had a great experience with these guys. They worked with me and helped my sister get her first new car. They are professional, I had an issue on delivery with the tint but they promptly fixed it on site. Would go to them again to buy a car, the process was easy and not much back and forth like you come to expect. Got a good deal on a 2024 Chevy Trax so good that my sister came out of state to come pick it up.

He went above and beyond, was very responsive and got things done when I ran into road blocks. He was not even listed on my paperwork as receiving commission. He did so much work for me just for the sake of giving me a great customer experience. If you're going to buy a car from Confidence make sure you request Jimmy, you can rest assured he will be working for you and not for the money. My experience was all remote and purchased over the phone. Dealers in my area (Georgia) had hidden fees and shady sales tactics. When I spoke with Confidence chevy it was far away but their prices were very competitive and they only had 1 small fee which they disclosed. Even with transportation fees I still saved almost $2000 purchasing with them compared to local dealers. My one negative experience was with the finance department, who implied that since I'm not physically in the store, I'm a less valuable customer. Other than that I thoroughly thank everyone that helped me purchase my car and can confirm that this dealership is transparent, fair and deserves your business.
