Alexis, Uriel, Jimmy, and Ernie each provided us with information to help us first purchase, then familiarize ourselves with, this amazing vehicle. Their friendly and professional personalities made the whole experience extremely pleasant. We appreciate that the part each person played contributed to what we hope will be the beginning of a lot of fun travel memories.

Chuck did an awesome job explaining everything to us. First time in a long time that I really enjoyed Going to a Dealership straightforward, no pressure. The process was real smooth. As someone who just moved here and has owned GMC’s for the almost 15 years and multiple vehicles ….my first impressions was horrible customer service. My GMC broke down on Sunday. I showed up at 7:35 am this morning. I didn’t have an appt (broke down Sunday morning) but Firestone, who gave amazing customer service said take your car to the dealership so I did. As soon as they opened, I was second in line and immediately seen. Staff was friendly. However, I was told it would take 3 days to get me a diagnostics on what could be wrong as they were really busy and I didn’t have an appt. I was also told it was going to be over $500, as an estimate, to tell me what was wrong. I asked if there was a courtesy vehicles or rentals. I was told no they don’t do rentals. Now, please keep in mind, another staff member communicated that a rental would be available for the first person in line if he needed it. He declined. After everything was done, I asked again, is there a rental available or someone to take me home. This is my only car and transportation. I was told go to a third party and you can get one for $44 a day. So, I ubered home as nothing was available to me (now it was offered to the 1st man in line). I made arrangements for a car. The reason why I am giving 4 stars vs 1 is this….I did receive a call around noon communicating they “think” they know what the issue is but not sure and it will be 7-10 business days to get the part to see if it will fix it but it may not. I was told my diagnostic fee would not be rolled into my repair which was not the case at other GMC dealerships. I asked if someone could pick up as they wanted me to pick up my car and take it home for 7-10 days. The pick up driver was super friendly. The other 2 employees as I paid my diagnostic fee was super nice. So, even though it was not a positive experience at first, follow-up was there, interactions in the afternoon helped and I know sometimes folks just have bad Monday mornings.
