2024 Buick Encore GX Preferred

First time here for business/servicing. The woman who answered my call (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) booked me within 4 days of my call, & was able to get me in on my day off!! Bill & his team in service were excellent - kept me updated the entire time upon arrival & was in & out in a reasonable time frame of my appointment being that my issue was thankfully so minor! Bill was attentive to me & assured me every step of the way through his service department. I was referred specifically to T&T by another dealership down south & after experiencing their customer service, I can see why! They definitely put me in the right hands. Thank you so much!!!! 10/10

I purchased a used Buick off of T & T and couldn't be more pleased. From the initial phone call to the dealer, speaking to Megan Faragalli and greeting me when I arrived to the Salesman Josh Gale it was an excellent experience. Josh was very nice and professional. The Sales Managers & Finance Manager also worked with me and got me into the car I wanted. Great experience all around.
