I had been actively searching for a trunk to replace my rusting Avalanche for over a month. I found a few within driving distance of my home. I test drove one at the closest dealer, but declined to purchase it due to final price and non-certification. I eventually expanded my search range to 200 miles and found the truck I bought at Michael Bates Chevrolet. I sent a request for information at 5 mins till 5pm and expected a response the next day (which had been typical). Justin Hartman called me back within 5 minutes. We discussed my interest in the truck, the distance, and that I had a hard price limit. Justin said "I'll work up an 'out the door' price and get back with you". I again expected it the next day. He called back in 15 minutes with a price $200 under my limit. It included all fees, taxes, DELIVERY, and 172 point certification on a truck that was 2 years newer and had 1500 fewer miles. He drove the truck to me (172 miles) two days later. We took care of the paperwork and my inspection in my driveway. It was exactly as he had described and promised. Afterwards as I've had questions come up, Justin has be just as quick to follow up. He is polite, competent, and couldn't have handled things better. I'm very happy with my truck and with the whole experience. Thank you Justin Hartman and Michael Bates Chevrolet.

I had been leasing a Ford for over 8 years. When my lease was up it took 2 weeks for my salesperson to call me back. That is unacceptable for a loyal customer. Justin reached out to me. He gave me undivided attention and helped me get the best deal that I could afford. I would also like to mention Nick in finance for his help. As well as Jeff, he helped with me with some last minute details. I thank you.

The entire process was quick and easy! Megan my service advisor and the technicians went above and beyond! Originally they had found the problem to be a part failure and the replacement part was obsolete, so they could not repair the problem. Shortly after I got that news Megan called back to inform me they found a way to repair the existing part and even got the whole repair covered under my extended service contract. The whole process from drop off to pick up took 2 days. Michael bates Chevy has one of the best service departments I’ve ever worked with!
