I started off by reaching out to three dealerships all Volkswagen. Brett Gold was the first sales person to respond back. He was very informative and thorough in his answers about the vehicle. I kind of knew what I wanted but he literally just took that to the next level and really sold me on that car. I told him the features that my vehicle needed to have he picked out the one he did, which actually ended up buying And I am truly in love with my car. The next time I or anyone I know needs a vehicle I’m gonna tell them that they need to go see Brett Gold. While the initial drop off was amazing, the team was welcoming and assisted me in every step of the process. It was the pick up i had a small problem. With this recall repair i was also getting my interior electronics upgraded. Not one person told me anything of what was improved, or things that changed. (Would of been great to tell me the seat now moves back automatically when you open the door.) This is my first time here and i would recommend this to anyone with a Volkswagen, it was just the pick up that fell very flat.

This appointment was well managed and all information was provided as promised. The car was returned ready to go and all issues were corrected except for one awaiting a part. I still wish that the initial making appointment process was better. When you call as a customer to the service desk it is frequently not very welcoming and inviting. There is a hint of "I'm very busy" in the voice of the receptionist or person answering the phone. This seems to be consistent. The experience once actually getting service was really outstanding. Also had a great experience with the gentleman in parts as I ordered touch-up paint. Very cordial and welcoming. Overall felt great about this experience.
