First of all I would like to say thank you to Connor who was our salesperson was outstanding ,he communicated extremely well with us and everything we asked him to look at that a concern to us he did it second thing I would like to say Israel the sales manager was fantastic a quick answers for us as far as financing and gave us a fair offer for my trade-in. third thing Rex the finance manager made us feel very comfortable and with no pressure.we talked more about life then cars or trucks it was a great experience from start to finish by far hands down the easiest I have ever bought a vehicle there is no pressure and they did not lie to us about anything if you want to buy a car or a truck I would suggest going to Jefferson Ford. If there was a 10-star review they would have it from us. We are now proud owners of a 2019 Dodge ram power wagon.

Friendly, polite and informed. No pressure sales tactics and no time limit comments. We reached an agreement together with no pressure from either side .
