2024 Buick Encore GX Preferred

Claire answered my initial phone call and got us a time to come to see the vehicle we wanted to see, though it had just come in. Claire introduced us to Gary who took fantastic care of us. Gary was in every way helpful, pleasant, and professional. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel dumb when I did ask dumb questions! Thank you Gary, we will remember you. My wife and I do feel that there was an unnecessary negative experience with the man who processed our payment and offered us the different levels of coverage - we understand that sales people need to meet quotas, etc. but when we said that we were not interested in any additional insurance/warranty coverage his demeanor went from super nice to making us feel like he wanted nothing more to do with us. Here we were making our big exciting purchase, giving our money to Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac, and because we did not want to spend an extra $4000 for protection against a potential max risk of $10,000, we left with the feeling that was less than what we should have left with. The man was not rude or pushy, it is just that we did not feel special to Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac anymore - at that important point of giving our money. Unbeknownst to Gary, he recovered that special feeling for us as he got our vehicle perfectly detailed. Even the engine for our used vehicle looked brand new! We are very glad to have purchased our vehicle from Peterson Chevrolet Buick Cadillac!

Took my Buick enclave into them to be diagnosed had check engine light on and my air conditioner stopped working and I also had my tire monitoring system light on. They took it in and fixed everything perfectly!! They even applied Peterson rewards to discount my price and I didn't even know I had them!! I definitely recommend all you your car needs to Peterson service crew they are great!!!

Great. customer service. i didn’t feel pressured. Sawyer was the nice down to earth gentlemen whom helped me with a truck. Couldn’t have asked for better Rep or a better Truck! . i don’t do Highhigh-pressure sales. it makes me uncomfortable and i will steer clear of any dealership that tries to push me out of my comfort zone. i prefer a relaxed environment with real people. no robots. no NPCs no shark infested waters. i felt like i was talking to a friend and it was refreshing to have worked with him and the rest of the gang. All around a great place to buy a Rig!
