A GIANT THANK YOU TO JOSH in Service! While traveling I experienced hot transmission on a used vehicle I've purchased. After 2 days of being stuck in East carbon and sleeping in strangers driveway in my car I finally decided to brave it and make the half hour drive to Price with spotty cellular service and little daylight. I was able to get a hold of Josh at 5 minutes to 5:00 p.m. and although he was scheduled to be going home he took the call and listened, was actively engaged in addressing my issue, reassuring me and guiding me into the store. Upon my arrival while still in my vehicle I was greeted by first, sales and very shortly after Josh himself as well, and not in an off-putting want to make you run way by any means. At a dealership when you're approached by staff in this way it is so comforting! My husband recently passed and I have been learning how to do things I would once depend on him to do. Towing a trailer is one and I struggled for two days just trying to hitch to it properly. Who do you turn to for assistance with this in the business world that will travel to you just to educate you on hitching up? AAA nor U-HAUL would do it. Josh immediately reassured me that the transmission temperature was running hot but was within acceptable range for my vehicle considering what I was asking it to do. He also educated me as to what to watch for and where it would become more serious and talk to me about a few tips that I might try to help keep that temperature down. Definitely after hours now the dealership is closed, the sales department has left while we are talking outside but Josh pushes forward. He's done an assessment of my trailer & hitch situation and offers me some sound advice as to how to arrange my gear in the trailer for weight distribution and also my tow hitching system in a way that will be more level causing less work for my Jeep & noting that I will be hitting the canyon right away in my trip back home that night and could see some spikes in temperature as a result. Josh could have gone home after just telling me about acceptable range for my thermostat to be running at. He could have gone home after giving his advice on the load being level and the trailer hitching system. He didn't. In fact, while I was choking the wheels, he began to assist in carrying out the changes to be made. Josh knew his way around quite well, had obvious proven knowledge in what he was suggesting and just did it for me while also teaching me. Josh you have no I did just how much your kindness helped me. Thank you so much! I feel like it would make a great dramatized commercial! But seriously I was suffering and needed the help and it certainly wasn't something you needed to do. I asked if there was anything I could do to repay him for his efforts and time and very sincerely he just replied all I could do to repay him is just getting home safely. I did.
We brought in our Renegade because of the engine light. They looked at our car right away and then fixed the issue the same day. They provided exceptional customer service. We'll only be bringing our cars here from here on out. Highly recommend!
I was on a road trip last summer and barely made it into town when the fuel pump in my Wrangler started to die. I didn't want to get stranded and have to wait for roadside assistance, so I pulled into the dealership without calling ahead and hoped for the best. They took care of me! Even right before closing they were able to have a tech perform a diagnosis and order the replacement part. Everyone I talked to was friendly and they made sure to get me back on the road as soon as possible. No one wants to have car trouble during a road trip, but it would have been much worse if it weren't for the folks here!
