I had a fun experience picking out a new car with Justin's help at Twin Pine Ford! He was fun, patient, and quick to respond to texts. Plus, he didn't mind my "extra" personality and excitement. Lol Also, the overall environment was very comfortable. The place is very big with so many affordable options to choose from. They have free snacks, water, soda, and coffee to keep you happy while you are waiting. There is even a lounge area upstairs with a small play area for kids to play so they do not get bored.

Went here after I suffered a car crash with a deer a couple minutes away from my home. Didn't expect much as this was my first time visiting a car dealership with my parents. When we arrived, it didn't take long before we met our designated salesman, Adam Reid. He led us through the intricacies of what it took to a buy a new car. The service was incredible because even though we forgot a couple important stuff and asked for specific requests, he was able to accommodate with approvals from managers above. While waiting to meet with the business manager, we were also allowed to snack on complimentary food provided by the dealership, so that was a nice bonus since I couldn't eat breakfast before we arrived. As for the car, it's amazing, silent, and swift. The number of sales they put on an EV from 2021 was incredible! I am extremely proud to have this car as a means for transportation! Couldn't be happier with the condition they kept it in and how inexpensive it was compared to other dealerships nearby! Highly recommend! And thank you Adam Reid for your service!

We found a car we were interested in on their website, but being located in Virginia, we couldn’t exactly just stop by to take a look at it. We got in touch with Bruce and he was very helpful in making sure we knew all about the car, including taking extra pictures and staying in contact with us on its availability. Once it was certain it was available and we decided we would drive up to purchase the car, he got everything set up for us before we got there and greeted us upon arrival. He walked us through the buying process and saw us off once we were done and back off to Virginia. Everyone we met was very friendly and it was a positive experience.
